Keep it simple, but let yourself to be suprised ;)

So, you're one of those you does not like to spend too much time in the kitchen? Who loves cooking, but loves also many other things which life has to offer, so does not want to spend ages between stove, oven, ect.

I have a simple and suprinsing recepie to share :)

1. Take 1 cucumber and slice it;
2. Take 3 kiwis and slice these as well.
3. Mix it with cucumber.
4. Voila- ready!

To have even more surpinsing taste, add as a sauce a jam made of fresh blueberries or rasperries. NOTE: no sugar needed- you'll have enough of it from kiwis ;)

It's one of my favourite saldas, cause it simple&suprising ;)

Try it!

NOTE: the sample on the the photo has fresh tomatoes around cucumber-kiwi salad, to add red color (thus more different vitamins) to it.

So, this time I was not the one to be cooking but the one to order the food.

After having a pleasant walk in the Old Town we decided to city down and enjoy the very first sun rays of this spring. And remembered a cute little cafe on a top floor with great views to the Old Town.

The sun was hot, the balcony nice and even sushi looked nice on a menu (and two youngster from a next table secured us it tasted good as well). But the sad news the yet to come. The kitchen was overriden with orders and no order were to place to food. Only drinks available.

We WERE disappointed but at least decided to enjoy a cup of chocolate.

Well, even getting this on a table took more than 25 mins!

However, together with chocolate small cute sweet and my favourite superdelicious rum cakes arrived!

It was a nice suprise to get this bonus from the waiter with apologies for such a long waiting time.

So, the sun in our hearts, which has already been covered with clouds and desicion not to come back to this place, came out again.
All in all, the fact, that SERVICE matters and even more than food got a proof yet again.

Above the picswhere I''m still waiting for a drink and the rest where everyone is enjoying rum balls ;) (look at these happy faces!)
